I attended Port Wright Technical High School, where I specialized in technical subjects, including Mathematics, Science, Engineering Graphics and Design (EGD), and Civil Technology.

My high school years were marked by an active participation in sports, particularly rugby and tennis. In my final year, I had the honour of playing for the first rugby team and was awarded the Sportsmanship Award at the prize-giving ceremony for my dedication and contributions to the sport.
