I was invited to join a distinguished panel at the Trialogue Business in Society Conference 2025, held at The Galleria in Sandton. The panel discussion, “Building Africa’s Digital Talent Pipeline”, brought together leaders from MTN, EBL Institute, GIZ, and Gambuu. Together we explored how Africa can develop the digital skills needed to compete globally, the role of education and innovation, and the importance of private-public partnerships in creating sustainable talent pipelines.
I was invited as a guest on The Voice Lounge for the segment “Beyond the Grey” hosted by Baby SeeWho. The conversation focused on my journey as an entrepreneur and AI advocate, highlighting the challenges, lessons, and mindset shifts that have shaped my path. It was an open dialogue about resilience, innovation, and the pursuit of purpose in the face of uncertainty.
I was featured on the very first episode of The M.E.G, hosted by Likho Mpengesi, and broadcast on Mpuma Kapa TV (DSTV Channel 260). The discussion explored my entrepreneurial journey, my work in AI and innovation, and the vision behind my ventures. It was an opportunity to share my experiences with a wider audience and highlight the role of technology and entrepreneurship in shaping South Africa’s future.
I was invited to speak at the JCI Durban Empowerment Workshop, an event designed to inspire and equip young leaders with tools to unlock their potential and achieve their goals. Alongside fellow speakers Ofentse Lebudi and Bayanda Gumbi, I shared insights on artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, and leadership. The session combined valuable knowledge-sharing with interactive activities and networking opportunities, creating a platform for personal and professional growth.
I facilitated a webinar titled “Mastering Canva: Design Like a Pro with AI” hosted by StratCom Eswatini. The session focused on teaching entrepreneurs, marketers, and creatives how to use AI-powered design tools to create professional and visually appealing content effortlessly. I demonstrated how Canva can be leveraged for branding, social media, and content creation, giving participants practical skills to enhance their digital presence without the need for outsourcing.
I delivered a talk titled “AI Will Not Take Your Job but Someone Using AI Will” hosted by StratCom Eswatini in partnership with Genie-yus AI. The session was an introduction to AI and data analytics, aimed at showing how AI is becoming a practical tool for business and everyday work. I unpacked the opportunities AI presents, the risks of being left behind, and how professionals and entrepreneurs can equip themselves to remain competitive in the digital economy.
I had the opportunity to join the Technology Transfer and Innovation Support (TTIS) Webinar hosted by North-West University. Under the theme “From Idea to Market: Navigating Intellectual Property Strategies in Emerging Technologies,” I shared insights on innovation, entrepreneurship, and how to effectively align intellectual property with business growth. Alongside Vishen Pillay, Partner at Adams & Adams, we explored strategies for taking ideas to market, protecting innovation, and leveraging IP in the rapidly evolving technology landscape.
I participated as a panelist at the JCI South Africa National Convention 2024, held at the University of Fort Hare in East London. The panel discussion, “Leading with Purpose,” explored how young leaders can drive meaningful impact in their communities and organisations. Alongside fellow panelists Sisonke Pota-Nkonki and Dr Vuyelwa Dondolo, and facilitated by Sandas Madziva, we shared perspectives on purposeful leadership, innovation, and building sustainable change.

The session focused on building a strong professional presence on LinkedIn, positioning yourself as an authority in your field, and using the platform strategically for networking and business growth. Together with facilitator Zama Khumalo, we unpacked practical approaches to personal branding and digital visibility that entrepreneurs and professionals can implement immediately.
I was invited by StratCom Eswatini to lead a youth-focused webinar titled "Introduction to AI and Data Analytics." The session aimed to empower young people with a deeper understanding of artificial intelligence and its practical applications. I covered the foundations of AI, common uses in everyday life, its role across different industries, and key principles for using AI effectively. The discussion provided youth with accessible insights into how AI is shaping the world of work and the opportunities it creates for future innovators.
I was invited to speak at the AI eKasi & eMakhaya Tech Innovation Initiatives, hosted by the Go Digital SA Foundation, under the theme "Embracing Digital Transformation in South African Businesses: Navigating the Future of Work and Innovation." During the session, I shared insights on how artificial intelligence is reshaping the workplace and business operations. Topics covered included AI-driven content creation, personalised learning, virtual teachers and tutors, remote access to global resources, and teacher support for professional development. The conversation highlighted the practical steps South African businesses can take to prepare for the future of work.
